A dedicated faculty has been nurturing and mentoring students at the Undergraduate and Post Graduate level for more than fifteen years. She’s also been a Soft skill trainer for UG & Management students and a language trainer for District Judges. She has been leading the Department for more than six years and has held several administrative tasks. She is into material development for the Department of English, Osmania University. She has facilitated events, Faculty Development Programmes and Conference to appraise literature and language teaching as an enthusiastic endeavor. She holds a Ph. D and has research papers presented and published in national and international journals to her acclaim.
A topper at the university level, Dr. Rachel has more than 12 years of teaching experience to her credit. She holds a Ph.D and an M.Phil degree from Osmania University. Her research area specialization includes Feminism and Gender studies in American literature. She has presented her research articles in several national and international conferences and has also published them. She is a dynamic person with a flair for teaching and loves teaching literature. She is the Editor of the College Newsletter – “Akshara” and the College Magazine – “Australis”.
She holds Masters in Philosophy (M.Phil) in English Literature. She has done her PGDELT, DIM and PGDHRM programmes. She is presently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration from IGNOU and PGCTE from EFLU. She has presented about 25 papers at National and International Conferences and has 17 publications in Journals and seminar proceedings to her credit. With 15 years of experience, she has developed a passion for commitment and dedication towards realizing her objective of continuing Education for all.
Currently working as an Assistant Professor in Aurora’s Degree College. She holds a Masters Degree in English and also B.Ed Degree. She has 5 years of teaching experience, presented 2 papers at the National and International level. She is highly dedicated and cooperative and has an immense passion for teaching.
With a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Bangalore University and Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, she is self-directed, enthusiastic educator with a commitment to student development and the learning experience. She has also cleared her UGC-NET in the year 2012. She has earlier worked in Hospital, in the capacity of Organizational Psychologist cum Counselor. She has done her internship and undertaken research projects on varied themes. Reetha is an active team member who effectively collaborates with her colleagues and students alike. She received the ‘Best Paper Prize’ in a National Conference. She is also a resource person for a rehabilitation programme for the prison inmates, organized by RamaKrishna Math at two of the central prisons in Hyderabad.
She has done B.Ed& M.A. in English and has to her credit, distinction in C.F.S & P.E., with 8 years of teaching experience which includes 3 years at Degree level. She has presented 2 Papers at National & International Conference. She believes that Language itself is a skill, capable enough to evolve surroundings if used appropriately. A keen learner and a passionate teacher, she is always enthusiastic to extend her support for every noble cause. She encourages everyone with her optimism & opines Life to be the Best Teacher.
