The Centre for Well-Being promotes the physical, mental, and emotional health of our university community. It provides a range of services, including counselling, stress management workshops, wellness coaching, and health education programs. The centre's holistic approach ensures that students, faculty, and staff have access to the resources they need to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle, fostering a supportive and resilient campus environment.
Our Department of Psychology supports the Centre for Well-Being by offering comprehensive counselling services. These services address a variety of issues including emotional and behavioural concerns, and academic weaknesses. Experienced counsellors work with individuals to help them manage stress, cope with personal challenges, and develop strategies for academic success. By integrating psychological expertise into our wellness initiatives, we ensure that our community members receive the support they need to thrive both personally and academically.
