The CTL is committed to supporting faculty in adopting and mastering experiential learning techniques. By providing ongoing professional development and focusing on reflective teaching practices, the CTL ensures that educators are well-equipped to create engaging, impactful, and transformative learning experiences for our students.
Our Faculty Development Programs are designed to equip educators with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in teaching. This program focuses on the continuous professional growth of faculty members through a variety of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
The Training Program on Experiential Learning is a specialized initiative within the CTL that focuses on the principles and practices of experiential learning. This program is designed to help faculty members effectively integrate experiential learning techniques into their courses. It is led by certified experiential trainers who bring extensive expertise and practical experience in experiential learning methodologies. Faculty are trained on how to prepare course profiles that incorporate reflective teaching and learning processes. This involves designing courses that include hands-on activities, reflective assignments, and opportunities for students to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts.
