On January 12, 2024, Aurora University celebrated Traditional Day with a vibrant array of activities that showcased the rich cultural heritage of our nation. The event was a delightful fusion of colors, flavors, and traditions. The day began with a rangoli competition, where participants displayed their artistic skills by creating intricate designs using colored powders. The campus was adorned with a kaleidoscope of patterns, each telling a unique story. Next, the traditional Pongal cooking competition brought the aroma of freshly made rice dishes to the air. Participants cooked up a storm, showcasing their culinary prowess and sharing the joy of this traditional harvest festival. The highlight of the day was the kite flying competition, where the sky was filled with colorful kites of all shapes and sizes.
