NEWS UPDATE
MCA is a postgraduate program that focuses on advanced concepts in computer science, software development, and applications. The curriculum covers subjects such as Programming Languages, Database Management, Software Engineering, Web Technologies, and Mobile Computing. Students will gain practical experience in developing software applications, managing IT projects, and solving complex computing problems. The program aims to prepare students for careers in software development, systems analysis, IT consultancy, and research in computing.
Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech./B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B. Voc./ BCA etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination. (for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the concerned University). Additionally, the candidate must qualify in the entrance test conducted AURUM by the university. The duration of the MCA program is typically 2 years.
Qualify AURUM. Candidates having valid ICET/AT/MAT are exempted from AURUM PG.
