Admissions and Eligibility
Admissions are conducted twice yearly, with a rigorous selection process involving an entrance exam (AURUM-D) and interviews. Applicants must hold a relevant master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks, with relaxations for reserved categories. The application process includes submitting academic credentials, professional details, a Statement of Purpose (SoP), and a research proposal.
Program Structure
The program spans a minimum of three years, with flexible extensions available. It begins with a provisional phase focusing on coursework in research methodology, publication ethics, and domain-specific subjects. Following this, scholars transition to the research phase, where they undertake detailed studies leading to a dissertation.
